How payment protection works

When you pay, your card amount is converted to Bitcoin through our licensed partner Mercuryo and held by EXPAT LEGAL — not sent to the specialist. After your consultation you confirm the service was provided, and only then do we release the payment; if you say nothing for 72 hours it is auto-confirmed. If the service was not provided, we refund you in full within 3 business days.
