Misrepresentation of credentials → permanent ban, reported to the relevant authority.
Three unresolved complaints → suspended pending review.
Rating below 4.0 → removed from the platform.
What each badge means
Diploma
The original qualification document has been verified.
Licence
A current, active practising licence confirmed with the issuing body.
ID
A government-issued identity document has been verified.
The verification date is shown on each profile. Specialists are re-verified annually.
